We’re happy that you‘ve chosen one of our tents. Please note that we make all tents to order and, therefore, require a period of c. 1,5 month for their completion.
To place a tent order, please email us the following information to sewmill@yahoo.de
- tent type and size
- with or without smoke vents
- special requirements, e.g. additional entrance (on which side), metal/wooden pegs, divided poles
- billing and delivery address
- telephone number
If you want your want to order a CANOPY or have a tent CUSTOM-MADE, please send an email with your ideas/design to sewmill@yahoo.de to get a cost estimate.
Payment, shipping and delivery.
To confirm your order, we require a 50% advance per bank transfer. On receipt of order, we email you the invoice for the deposit and our bank information. As soon as the advance has been booked on our account, we confirm your order and give you the approximate completion date. We send you the final invoice approximately a week before completion. We ship your order within 3 working days after receiving the remaining payment. Once the order is dispatched, you will get an email with the tracking number for your consignment. The exact time of delivery varies depending on the delivery company used.
Shipping cost:
Please inquire. We calculate the shipping cost individually for each order, aiming to find the most praiseworthy solution. For tents from our standard offer, it should not exceed 80 EUR for shipping within the EU.
