By transferring the advance you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Prices, Ordering, Payment and Delivery

The prices for the products offered are in Euros, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, however any changes will not affect you if your order has already been accepted.

To place an order on our website you must be at least 18 years old. We accept orders by email or via our Facebook site.

To process your order, we require the following information:

– tent type and size

– should it be with or without smoke vents

– special requirements, e.g. additional entrance (on which side), pegs, divided poles, etc.

– shipping and invoice address, telephone number

To accept your order we require a 50% deposit via bank transfer. On receipt of order we email you an invoice for the deposit, our bank information and an approximate completion date. As soon as the deposit has been booked on our account, we confirm your order and set the completion date. The final invoice is sent to you a week before completion and you are required to settle it within 14 days.

Delivery is not included in the price. The price of the delivery depends on the size and weight of the ordered product and the country of delivery. We calculate the shipping cost individually for each order, aiming to find the most praiseworthy solution. An approximate delivery cost is given to you on receipt of order. The final delivery cost is included in the invoice.

We do not store completed tents longer than a month. Failing to settle the invoice within that time will result in cancelling your order and forfeiting the advance.

We ship your order within 3 working days after receiving the remaining payment. Once the order is dispatched you will get an email with the tracking number for your consignment. The exact time of delivery varies depending on the delivery company used.

We have no liability for delay in delivery or any losses arising from it from the moment the product has been posted. If you receive notification of an unsuccessful attempted delivery, it is your responsibility to use the details provided to contact the delivery company to arrange re-delivery.

All custom-made orders (i.e. orders that are not our standard sizes, colours or designs) must be signed off by the customer within 3 weeks from delivery.

Our Products

The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products.

All sizes, weights and measurements indicated on our site have a 5% tolerance.

All products shown on our site are made to order.

Refunds, Returns and Warranty

Right to cancel (cool off)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the moment of settling the advance, i.e. the date your advance has been booked on our account. You can cancel your order by sending an email to sewmill@yahoo.de or a letter to Sew-mill, Neubauernweg 175, 99628 Buttstädt expressing your wish to cancel and including your bank information for refunding the payment.

If you have cancelled your order with us within the 14 day cooling off period, we will refund all the payments you have made in full via bank transfer within 14 days.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not start production before the end of the cooling off period. If you wish to speed up the production process, you need to revoke your right to cancel by sending an email to sewmill@yahoo.de or a letter to Sew-mill, Neubauernweg 175, 99628 Buttstädt.

Faulty or damaged products

If a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 10 working days of its receipt, sending a detailed description and photos. We will have to check the faulty item and might request return for inspection. If you cannot show us the fault prior to returning the item, you will be asked to initially pay the return postage. If the item proves to be faulty we will either repair or replace it at our cost and the return postage will be refunded to you, provided that you have used the delivery company of our choice.


All our products come with a 24 month warranty against manufacturing defects such as stitching or missing parts. The defect products under warranty will be repaired or replaced.

Our warranty does not cover:

– damage caused by wear and tear

– damage caused by adverse weather conditions, such as heavy storms or severe snowfall

– mold or mildew as we have no control over the conditions the products are left up in or stored

– professional and long term use – our products are designed for leisure camping and our warranty specifically covers leisure camping use

The warranty is not transferable.

Any changes made to the product or efforts to repair the damaged product without consulting us will forfeit the warranty.

If you require repair or replacement it is up to you as the customer to prove you purchased the item from us.


These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No variation of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by the parties.
